An All age Jobs and Careers event. Skills Development Scotland (SDS) and Job Centre Plus (JCP) will also be in attendance. Expected 35 + businesses to be exhibiting. Job & local Apprentice opportunities.
DYWNH Awards night to those businesses that had entered in the annual Highland Business Awards. This was an opportunity to recognise these businesses that had contributed through the DYW programme in terms of their input and involvement as Employers with the local Secondary Schools.
This is a “Careers Speed Dating “Event – Pupils get 5 minutes with each Company to find out What they Do, Important Subjects and “the Employability Skills” looked for in employees related to the company operations. 17 Local companies have agreed to attend.
