Meet the team

Launched in September 2015, the main aim of DYW North Highland is to build strong and sustainable partnerships between employers and education better preparing our young people for the world of work.  This initiative is available to all young people in education aged 24 and under, inspiring confidence and helping them gain the relevant employability skills, access workplace opportunities in order to develop lifelong career skills.  We will work in partnership with employers to help shape their future workforce and deliver the Young Person’s Guarantee.

  • Boosting employment and work experience
  • Advancing education pathways to employment
