Developing the Young Workforce North Highland

The hospitality industry in the North Highlands is preparing for another busy season welcoming visitors from all over the world to experience Sutherland and Caithness. To help them offer a warm Highland welcome, they’re recruiting various roles across the region.

Developing the Young Workforce North Highland and the Department of Work & Pensions have been working together alongside employers in Sutherland to develop the Hospitality Open Door events which take place from 16th – 20th May 2022 and give job seekers the opportunity to visit venues, engage directly with employers and learn about life in the hospitality industry.

The Golspie Inn has opportunities available for a Kitchen Porter, Waiting & Bar staff. These positions are available as Full or Part Time which can be discussed at the informal, drop in Hospitality Open Door session. On arrival, please ask for Amanda and the Hospitality Open Door event. Attendees are welcome to bring along their CV however there is no pressure to apply for any positions discussed.

*Please note the drop in sessions at The Golspie Inn will run from 10am – 11am and again from 3pm – 4pm from the 16th – 20th May.
